We are looking for an experienced Webflow developer to create a visually stunning and highly functional website. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Webflow's capabilities and be able to showcase their skills through responsive design, animations, and interactions. Project Briefing: Website Optimization for Corporate Look & Feel & Multilingual Support Project Goal: To transform the existing Renewable Partners website into a more mature, professional, and trustworthy corporate identity, with a strong focus on performance, seamless user experience (UX), and full multilingual support across four languages (German, English, Dutch, and Chinese). Target Audience: Commercial Real Estate Market (Brokers, Banks, Property Managers, Investors, Municipalities, Construction Companies). CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Budget Planning This project requires a clear, detailed budget proposal based on the scope defined below (optimizing the Homepage, developing the Blog structure, site-wide styling, and crucially, the implementation and setup of all four required languages). The proposal should clearly itemize development hours for design translation, Webflow implementation, CMS setup, Localization setup, and performance optimization. DESIGN INSPIRATION (MANDATORY REFERENCE) The primary inspiration for the new corporate aesthetic is: The design should emulate its qualities: High-end, premium, and sophisticated feel. Minimalistic design with generous use of whitespace. Strong focus on clear typography and clean lines. Core Directives: Brand Consistency: Retain the current color palette, logo, and existing imagery. Creative freedom should be applied to layout, typography, structure, and the strategic use of whitespace to achieve the corporate look. Focus: The website must clearly establish Renewable Partners' authority in Energy Labels, WWS Point Counting, and Sustainability Consulting. Technical Performance: Page speed, SEO structure, and fully responsive design are top priorities. 1. General Style & UX/UI Optimization Look & Feel: Style: Must align with the inspiration site—clean, minimalist, authoritative, and sophisticated. Use ample whitespace (negative space) to focus attention on the core business services. Typografie: Utilize clean, highly legible fonts (e.g., Inter or a similar high-quality sans-serif already in use) with a clear typographic hierarchy for titles, body, and CTA elements. Interactions: Micro-interactions (hover states on buttons, subtle scroll animations) must be professional, non-distracting, and enhance the high-end feel seen in the inspiration. Responsiveness: The site must be 100% responsive, ensuring optimal functionality and rendering across all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop). Page Speed & SEO: Asset Management: Ensure all images are optimized (compressed, utilize WebP where possible) and implement native lazy loading. Code Integrity: Minimize unnecessary Webflow divs and interactions that may negatively impact load times. Aim for a high PageSpeed score (90+ for both Mobile and Desktop). SEO: Implement clear H1/H2 heading structures on all pages, and ensure metadata (titles/descriptions) is optimized for the core services. 2. Blog Overview Page (/blogs): Must be built using a Webflow CMS Collection List for scalability, with functional filtering based on categories (e.g., WWS, Energy Label, Subsidies, Market News). 4. Multilingual Implementation (German, English, Dutch, Chinese) Scope: The entire website, including the CMS content (Case Studies and Blogs), must be available in all four target languages. Required Languages: German (de), English (en - primary), Dutch (nl), Chinese (zh). Implementation: The developer must propose the most scalable and SEO-friendly solution for Webflow multilingualism.
