Workday Integration Consultant
The Workday Integrations Consultant will "bridge the gap" between the business and technical teams bysolving complex Workday intersystem problems. They will guide clients through thetransformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workdayimplementation. They must have a technical aptitude and be capable of configuringthe project to meet the business and design qualifications. Key Responsibilities: • Track issues and risks communicate status and escalate concernsapplicable for all clients in their portfolio. • Guide the client through facilitated design sessions and configurationdecisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client'sunique business requirements at all stages of the project. • Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project,ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCMsolution. • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping theclient, the project team and the Engagement Manager abreast of changesor progress related to the project. • Willingness to take a leadership position on a project, or as a Cognizant Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance Reviewer. • Display a hands-on expertise of the software, including iLoading clientdata, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuringbusiness processes and security. • Utilize the technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into dataconversion templates via iLoads. • Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providingsupport for shadow assignments. • Actively participate in update training and internal opportunities to shareone's skills and learnings with others within the organization.
