In this fully remote position, you’ll report to our Little Rock, AR branch and manage medical-only workers’ compensation claims for a variety of accounts and industries across the Arkansas jurisdiction. Responsibilities • Manage medical-only workers’ compensation claims from initial setup to resolution • File state forms and issue appropriate benefits per statutory requirements • Review and approve related medical bills and invoices • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in claim notes • Support the broader claim team by assisting with assigned tasks as needed • Ensure compliance with client handling instructions and CCMSI Best Practices Qualifications Required: • 2+ years of experience in workers’ compensation or insurance • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Self-starter with reliable follow-through in a remote environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Adjusters license is required or the ability to obtain within first 60 days of employment.
