About the Role We're seeking an exceptional Workplace Experience Specialist to join our team in San Francisco. As a hybrid-first company, we believe that in-person interaction and collaboration are essential to driving creativity and success. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a phenomenal work environment that enables our teams to deliver their best work. Key Responsibilities Assist with general office management, including snack and catering programs, office supply inventory, and new hire set-ups. Ensure the physical office space is functioning efficiently, tidy, and clean, including regular checks on conference rooms and restrooms. Plan and execute REWS-sponsored events, manage the events calendar, and handle space booking, set-up, and clean-up. Balance multiple requests, competing agendas, and last-minute tasks while prioritizing and communicating with your team and stakeholders. Review, validate, and approve vendor payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain related systems and databases. Manage contractor and vendor performance, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contracts and agreed standards. Run budgets for office events and special projects, and constantly look for solutions to problems and ways to improve office and facility processes. Collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure all teams are set up for success and run ad hoc errands for the office. Assist with special projects, such as developing new policies and office travel programs. Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders, including regular attendance and participation in meetings. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: 3+ years of meaningful work experience in office or facility management. A strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn and lean in. Good organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hybrid environment. Proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, and Slack, with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems. Experience working on cross-functional teams, with the ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications. Preferred qualifications include: Experience in event planning and management. Knowledge of facilities management software and systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
