YouTube Producer
Description: • Manage production of 100 YouTube videos per month (7–15 minute educational talking-head videos) • Work with 10 creators (10 videos/month each) and choose titles based on YouTube performance • Coordinate creators to refine titles, scripts, recordings, and edits • Hire and manage a scriptwriter to produce 100 scripts per month and review scripts • Hire and manage a thumbnail designer for 100 thumbnails + variations per month and review thumbnails • Hire and manage editors to edit all 100 videos per month and review edits • Manage production schedule and publish 100 videos per month across creators' channels • Aim to post over 400 videos across 40 channels per month Requirements: • 1+ year of previous experience as a producer or editor creating high-quality educational talking-head videos • Deep understanding of the YouTube platform, current trends, titles, thumbnails, and edits • Extremely self-motivated with a strong desire to learn scripting utilizing AI and manage content creation • Very detailed and process-oriented to manage a 100+ video/month operation • Desire to work in a high-pressure, results-only environment • Must be able to work 40+ hours per week Benefits: • $45,000 per year base salary • Monthly bonus pool based on the profit CourseCareers makes from YouTube (could range from $0 - $10,000+ per month) • Remote full-time position • Opportunity to make a substantial amount of money if successful Apply tot his job
