We are seeking 2 skilled and experienced Architecture Consultant to join our team! You are a living example of the company's values. 2 Architecture Consultants The contractor will support the M365 Program Management Office by executing, but not limited to, the following tasks. • Assist with troubleshooting M365 IRWorks incident and tasks tickets • Assist with monitoring performance and usage of Dataverse environments, including optimizing data models, monitoring resource utilization, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. • Assist with establishing and configuring Power Platform environments, including setup, configuration, maintenance within a tenant. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate issues. • Assist with monitoring M365 services and end user data retention requirements. • Extensive working knowledge of SharePoint Online Administration. • Support, configure, and maintain tenant and backup solutions for OneDrive. • Assist with developing scripts as needed to support OneDrive features. • Assist with creating and maintaining reference materials – FAQs, knowledge articles, iTrain. • Assist with coordinating and conducting multiple Proofs of Concept and Pilot Testing. • Ensure all processes, plans, schedules, and other written documents are completed timely. • Provide bi-weekly status reports that encompasses schedule, M365 deliverables for each tool, action items, risks, mitigations, escalations, accomplishments, and closures.Provide a monthly consolidated status report that provides the overall health of the M365 Team Main Responsibilities: • Design and implement Dataverse data models to support scalable and secure business applications. • Configure and customize Power Platform components (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) to meet organizational requirements.Perform system optimization to enhance performance, reliability, and integration across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments. Personnel Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) Cloud Suite in a large corporate or government environment. • Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate/Flow). • Strong .NET development skills, including: • C# • Net MVC • Entity Framework • JavaScript, HTML, CSS • Proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts. • Knowledge of Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and the Azure ecosystem. • Experience with Microsoft 365 development and SharePoint Administration. • Ability to develop PowerApps models and customize SharePoint lists and disparate systems using PowerApps. • Experience managing user permissions, data retention, and compliance settings. • Knowledge and experience with: • Copilot for Power Apps • Copilot for Power Automate • AI Builder • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the entire M365 cloud platform and AvePoint Online Services. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies and technical business concepts to multiple audiences.Ability to establish and maintain effective business unit relationships.
