Our specialty is assisting health care professionals with finding great opportunities for rewarding employment! Do you have customer service or call center experience and want to learn something new? Step into the ever-changing world of medical and benefits plans and let our client guide you every step of the way! Under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll serve as a liaison, responding to inquiries via phone and email about COBRA, billing eligibility for insurance plans, and general questions about policies and payments. Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a courteous attitude at all times are a must. This is a temporary position requiring a 3-month commitment, with strong potential for hire! Key Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls and make outbound follow-ups as needed, updating phone status accordingly. • Navigate multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources. • Maintain clear and accurate records of calls and actions. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM Pay Rate: $16.29/hr (increases to $18.22/hr upon hire!) Location: While this position is primarily remote, you must be flexible and available to report on-site if needed. Office locations include Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, and Utica. Apply tot his job
