Account Manager - Aetna International
About the position Responsibilities • Build strong relationships with client contacts and Aetna business partners. • Provide proactive account service management to achieve customer satisfaction. • Develop and execute customer service strategy. • Meet with customers frequently via phone and video conferencing. • Lead calls, facilitate meetings, and conduct training presentations. • Engage in frequent email correspondence regarding service levels and expectations. • Identify gaps in service and develop actionable solutions. • Respond to client requests for network analysis, provider issues, and benefit questions. • Coordinate vendor participation in onsite vaccine administration. • Maintain provider directories and assist with client concerns. • Manage member communication strategy and review marketing materials. Requirements • 2+ years of insurance industry, account management or customer service experience. • An active resident insurance producer license or ability to obtain one within 60 days. • Experience facilitating meetings in Microsoft Teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Availability to travel up to 10%. Nice-to-haves • Bilingual in French, German, Portuguese, or Mandarin. • Experience working with complex accounts.
