Account Manager - Walmart Location: Remote Position Type: Sales Overview: As an Account Manager – Walmart you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with Walmart and our sales partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in retail account management, preferably with Walmart, and a deep understanding of omni-channel retail dynamics, including Walmart.com and Amazon.com. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for Walmart and our sales partners, ensuring alignment on sales goals, promotional planning, and execution. • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Camco’s business with Walmart across in-store and online channels. • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, product development, finance) to ensure seamless execution of Walmart programs. • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks. • Manage item setup, pricing, promotional planning, and replenishment strategies. • Partner with eCommerce teams to optimize Walmart.com performance and coordinate with Amazon.com strategies to avoid channel conflict. • Prepare and deliver regular business reviews, annual line reviews and performance updates to internal stakeholders and Walmart. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus. • 5+ years of experience managing large retail accounts with Walmart. • Experience with Sam’s Club, a plus. • Strong understanding of Walmart’s systems, processes, and culture. • Experience with omni-channel retail, including eCommerce platforms like Walmart.com and Amazon. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and retail analytics tools (Retail Link experience preferred). • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
