Acquisition Manager- Product Management

About the position The Acquisition Manager will focus on supporting financial products, particularly in the areas of payments and prepaid wallets/cards. This role is designed for a 6-month contract and can be performed remotely within the US, although candidates located in Denver are preferred. The position requires a strategic approach to customer acquisition and engagement, leveraging multi-channel strategies to drive product performance. Responsibilities • Drive acquisitions and early month-on-book engagement through customer-focused and lifecycle-targeted campaigns to meet defined product performance targets. • Assist in developing and managing the execution of the customer acquisition and engagement strategy for the US Prepaid Wallet product across all channels. • Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to create relevant materials for each channel focused on awareness, acquisition, and early engagement stages of the customer lifecycle. • Coordinate, schedule, and deploy acquisition campaign materials with channel management teams. • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of strategies. • Design and manage performance monitoring and testing to assess the effectiveness of acquisition strategies. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field. • 5-8 years of customer acquisition strategy or product growth management experience in financial services with a focus on cards or payments. • Understanding of multi-channel customer acquisition strategies across various channels. • Prior experience working with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute messaging and content for customer acquisition. • Excellent communication skills for creating and proofreading client messaging. • Experience with A/B and incrementality testing design, execution, and monitoring. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms like Salesforce. • Awareness of financial services marketing regulations.
