Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity As an Advanced Cybersecurity Integration Engineer specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex security systems and solutions for M&A activities, particularly acquisitions and divestitures. You will work within cross-functional teams on M&A projects, leveraging your expertise in security integration, project execution, and technical leadership to ensure successful integration and alignment of security measures during M&A transactions. Your work will contribute to the seamless integration of acquired businesses and the protection of critical assets and information. You will report directly to our M&A Security Manager, and you'll work out of a United States location remotely. In this role, you will impact the security posture of businesses worldwide during M&A activities. You will ensure the seamless integration of security controls across functions, enhancing the overall security posture of the organization. Your work will directly impact the safety and integrity of systems that protect critical assets and information during M&A transactions. The annual base salary range for this position is $121k - $151k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the design and implementation of various security systems and solutions for M&A activities, particularly acquisitions and divestitures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and ensure seamless integration of security measures during M&A transactions Lead regular security and risk assessments and analyses for acquired businesses Identify and prioritize risk mitigation and remediation strategies during M&A activities. Communication Skills: Ability to interact with a broad group of internal stakeholders and external partners, providing support to deliver project goals and ensuring effective communication within the team Problem-Solving Skills: Independently carrying out project assignments using standard methods and procedures, and providing solutions to complex risks Continuous Improvement: Identify how to standardize, streamline and automate M&A activities. Experience with supporting M&A project planning and execution with a global project team. Experience with Physical Security, Product Security, resilience, and Industrial Security.
