Join our Team as an Advanced Services Solutions Consultant ! The Role: The Advanced Services Solutions Consultant will be responsible for supporting direct sales of Advanced Services and solutions through our dealer and national account teams. The consultant role is the main point of contact at Toyota for all Advanced Services solutions. This role will help present products and services from telematics, fleet services to National Account customers and support the sales teams when and where necessary. Technology products demand constant training to keep up with product features. Training our sales teams and supporting any technical questions will be a part of your day to day. This mid-level position should be a self-starter and require minimum supervision. As a valued core team member, one is expected to be the product expert and “Go to” person. What You’ll Be Doing: • Managing projects from initiation to completion • Providing guidance, training, and complex sales and technical support to Dealer network and National Account Managers • Maintaining CRM and driving lasting relationships with customers • Support and provide market intelligence that leads to growth, innovation, and ongoing development of Advanced Services and Solutions to meet customer business needs • Delivering value through customer satisfaction • Collaborating and supporting development of marketing materials and training programs to build a strong Dealer network What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor degree in Business or Technology • 3-5 years of professional product and service sales and/or consulting experience • Fleet management experience • Negotiation and logical thinking skills • Strong interpersonal, written, training, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well with others and foster an environment of teamwork • Technical understanding of all Advanced Services and Solutions • Ability to understand data, trends, and communicate value back to customers and dealers • Experience analyzing data • Detail orientated, organized with administrative skills What Sets You Apart: • Material Handling IoT experience • Industrial Equipment industry experience Where and When You’ll Work: • Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person at our Columbus, IN office and work remotely two days per week • Average travel requirements: 50-75% What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like: Salary - $73,840 - $94,667 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience. Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
