Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

About the position The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will support the Manager of Affiliate Marketing in developing and executing marketing initiatives across all affiliate companies. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who wants broad exposure to branding, digital marketing, content creation, events, and cross-company initiatives. You will work closely with marketing, business development, and affiliate leaders in a fast-moving environment, helping elevate each affiliate’s visibility while maintaining consistency with the broader Saxton & Stump brand. Responsibilities • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, digital content, and communication initiatives for all affiliate companies. • Draft and edit marketing collateral, emails, one-pagers, bios, and event materials. • Assist with social media execution, including drafting posts, scheduling content, and supporting campaign rollouts across affiliate channels. • Support website updates, blog publishing, and ongoing content maintenance for affiliate sites. • Ensure affiliate messaging aligns with the firm’s brand standards and positioning strategy. • Partner with the Manager of Affiliate Marketing to organize brand assets, templates, and content libraries. • Help coordinate affiliate-level events, including webinars, sponsorships, and conference appearances from planning through post-event follow-up. • Support event logistics, timelines, and follow-up tasks to help ensure each event runs smoothly and delivers value. • Assist with HubSpot and marketing technology tools for list management, analytics, reporting, and campaign tracking. • Monitor social and digital performance metrics and compile insights for ongoing optimization. • Support advertising and sponsorship planning, including research opportunities, coordinating assets, and assisting with placement deadlines. • Work closely with affiliate leadership, business development, and the broader Marketing & Business Development team to support key initiatives. • Help manage requests, priorities, and workflows across multiple companies. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. • 1–5 years of professional experience; strong internship or co-op experience will be considered. • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Familiarity working with digital marketing tools (HubSpot experience is a plus). • Comfort interacting with and supporting senior-level executives and working in a collaborative environment. • Interest in brand management, professional services, and integrated marketing. • A proactive mindset and a desire to contribute to a growing, innovative team.
