Amazon Customer Support and Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Customer Support and Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Amazon accounts, ensuring policy compliance, optimizing product listings, and driving sales performance. You will also oversee customer service tasks, manage inventory, and monitor key performance metrics to maximize efficiency and growth across platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, particularly in managing Amazon accounts, and a strong understanding of health and supplement products. Salary: Negotiable Responsibilities • Conduct audits and monitor Amazon accounts for policy violations, health warnings, and performance notifications. • Manage inventory levels and forecast sales and inventory needs. • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Monitor and address negative reviews and perform related Customer Service tasks. • Submit cases for reimbursement claims and coordinate product shipments to Amazon. • Manage and grow the Shopify store, with experience in supplements or health products being advantageous. • Optimize product listings with accurate and compelling content, images, and keywords in compliance with Amazon's Terms of Service. • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and advertising spend on a weekly basis. • Regularly audit product listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon and client guidelines. • Address issues with listing category, image updates, and suppressed listings. • Monitor Best Seller Badges performance on a daily and weekly basis, suggesting improvements. • Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to outperform competitors on the Amazon platform. • Perform market research and competitor analysis for product categories. • Suggest AB testing for listing updates. • Research Amazon marketplaces for new product opportunities or line extensions. • Stay updated on industry trends and Amazon policies for compliance and to capitalize on new opportunities. • Perform other tasks as assigned. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts. • Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, algorithms, and best practices. • Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other relevant tools. • Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving growth targets on Amazon. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. • Highly organized, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented. • Ability to ask questions for clarification and tenacity in problem resolution. • Can create and follow SOPs. • Ability to handle various projects simultaneously. • Excellent English reading and writing skills (C2 preferred, C1 acceptable). • Must have fast internet and own a fast computer. • Experience with supplements or health products is advantageous.
