Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Proficiency in using computers, web-based applications, and customer support software. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Experience Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is preferred but not required. Experience working in a remote setting is a plus.
