You will demonstrate professionalism and poise under pressure, handle in-flight emergencies, and efficiently manage cabin responsibilities.• *Responsibilities:**– Conduct pre-flight cabin checks and ensure all safety equipment is operational.– Greet passengers, assist with seating, and provide an overview of the aircraft safety procedures.– Attend to passengers’ needs, answer questions, and resolve concerns with courtesy.– Serve meals and beverages, and manage onboard sales of food, duty-free items, and other items.– Provide special attention to passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and individuals with disabilities.– Lead and collaborate with colleagues in emergency situations, ensuring all airline protocols are followed precisely.• *Requirements:**– Minimum age of 21 years.– High school diploma or GED equivalent; higher education is advantageous.– Hold a valid passport with no travel restrictions.– Ability to pass a rigorous background check and drug screening.– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.– Capable of working long hours on your feet and can lift heavy items when necessary.– Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages considered a plus.• *Educational Qualifications:**– High school diploma or equivalent is required.– Further certifications in hospitality, CPR, or first aid are preferred.• *Experience:**– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred though not essential.– Prior experience as a flight attendant is advantageous but comprehensive training is provided to new hires.• *Company Overview:**American Airlines, a pioneer in the aviation industry, has been serving the global community for over 90 years.
