Analyst, Influencer Marketing
Ovative Group is an independent, full-funnel media, measurement, and creative firm. They are seeking an Analyst for their Influencer Marketing team to lead strategy and manage execution of Influencer campaigns while driving marketing results and optimizing performance across channels. Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert for Influencer strategies by continually evolving Ovative’s approach to best practices, vetting and partnering with new technology companies, managing planning and execution tools, and staying on top of emerging trends Develop and drive forward multi-channel digital media strategies and roadmaps aligned with client program growth goals Understand and find synergies across digital channels within the client mix in partnership with other team members Build Influencer strategies for clients and lead tactical planning and execution Lead day to day management and optimization of marketing campaigns with exceptional execution Program and campaign planning, strategy and plan documentation Clearly defined objectives, tactics and metrics Custom analysis, reporting and insights Influencer agreements, billings, transaction inquiries and compliance Client communication regarding all elements of influencer programs Partner with our in-house measurement team to develop industry-leading measurement capabilities Create proactive communications and POVs for internal teams and clients regarding Influencer opportunities and other digital media topics Source, vet and manage influencer relationships directly and with talent management agencies to facilitate contracts, campaign tracking, build creative briefs, facilitate content approval and post-campaign reporting Seek to understand the client’s business/industry and understand how their work connects to the broader project and client goals Lead development and delivery of client-facing solutions, including: Clearly defining program objectives, tactics and KPIs Developing and delivering client communication Build strategies for clients and lead tactical planning and execution Effectively manage & grow client relationship and establish trust and credibility Strive to be the best interaction of the client’s day Manage work independently with initial direction from manager Regularly speak up, ask questions and express your POV Support and mentor new Ovative team members Foster a culture of open communication and 360-degree feedback Skills 1+ year of experience directly responsible for enterprise level digital media programs Exceptional attention to detail paired with the ability to execute quickly & thoughtfully Proactive and able to develop rapport and positive working relationships with team members, clients and publishers Solid analytical background demonstrating the ability to understand business problems, analyze trends, draw conclusions and make actionable recommendations Proven track record of success driving strong positive results through digital marketing programs Sound conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills Strong verbal & written communication skills and client management skills Ability to work independently and drive efforts from start to finish Passion for social media and influencers, including experience using Instagram, TikTok, etc Digital agency experience or digital lead on the client-side Previous experience in performance marketing, retail, eCommerce, etc Early adopter to new social media platforms and influencer marketing trends Have a basic understanding of influencer pricing, engagement, and industry benchmarks Benefits Access to all office spaces in MSP, NYC, and CHI Frequent, paid travel to our Minneapolis headquarters for company events, team events, and in-person collaboration with teams Generous paid vacation policy 401k match program Top-notch health insurance options, inclusive of same sex partners Family formation benefits including reimbursement options for fertility, pregnancy, and parenting needs Monthly stipend for your mobile phone and data plan Sabbatical program Charitable giving via our time and a financial match program Shenanigan’s Day Company Overview Digital strategy consultants serving the retail and consumer packaged goods industry It was founded in 2009, and is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
