We’re looking for someone exceptional as an Email Designer; someone passionate about creating beautiful, effective designs that elevate brands. Job Summary As an Email Designer, you’ll be part of a collaborative delivery team made up of Account Managers, Designers, and Klaviyo Technicians. You’ll create stunning email designs for our eCommerce clients, ensuring each email is visually compelling and aligned with the brand’s style and voice AND high-converting. Responsibilities • Read and interpret campaign briefs with clear design instructions to create email designs • Work on beautiful, high-converting email designs for our eCommerce clients • Participate in design trainings and team meetings, contributing your ideas and learning from the team • Work with brand books, style guidelines, and previous designs to create cohesive visuals for email marketing campaigns • Monitor internal and external communications in Slack, review Klaviyo accounts, and ensure project milestones are met in our project management system (Airtable) • Communicate proactively with the Account Managers and Klaviyo Technicians internally, ensuring that we achieve the desired results and feel supported by each other Skills & Competencies • 2+ years of experience in email design with a portfolio showcasing email design work. • Highly proficient in Figma • Understanding of email marketing / Klaviyo, so you understand how your email design translates to a workable email • Thrives in a collaborative environment, working smoothly with team members to deliver on project goals • Strong understanding of various design styles and the ability to tailor designs to fit each brand’s unique identity • You pride yourself on producing polished final drafts that adhere to brand standards. • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and dedicated to improving your skills Requirements • Minimum 2 years of email design experience (e-commerce focus preferred) • Minimum 1 year of experience working in Figma • Knows every single menu and button inside Figma • Fluent in English • Understanding of design principles and brand consistency • Experience in an agency setting is a plus but not essential Why Join Us? • Collaborate with an experienced and dedicated team in e-commerce email marketing • Part-time, Remote role • Working hours: should align with 9 AM - 5 PM CET • Freelance (independent contractor role) • Compensation: 1150-1250 USD Recruitment Process: • Interview with the Zabota hiring team • Initial interview with our client company • 2nd interview with our client company • Test task (if needed, you’ll be notified accordingly) • Decision and official offer • *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
