Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Math Learning Center, ensuring seamless delivery of math instruction to students. Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees to provide individualized instruction in a group setting via in-center, online, and/or hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method. Lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and the local community to promote the Mathnasium program and drive enrollment. Respond promptly to leads and successfully enroll students, achieving sales targets and contributing to the center's growth. Administer student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plans to ensure students achieve their academic goals. Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with families and communicating student progress effectively. Monitor and analyze center performance metrics, including profitability and student success, to identify areas for improvement. Become proficient in digital educational materials and processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in math education. Support the maintenance of a safe, professional, and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful as an Assistant Math Learning Center Director, you should possess: A passion for math and a desire to make a positive impact on young lives. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities. Eagerness to learn and be trained in the Mathnasium Method and other aspects of center operations. Exceptional math competency, with a minimum proficiency in Algebra I. Strong computer skills and proficiency in digital tools and platforms. A completed Bachelor's Degree, preferably in education, math, or a related field. Previous management or leadership experience, although not essential, is highly desirable. Previous customer relationships and sales experience, which will be an added advantage.
