Responsibilities and Qualifications: Summary: The Associate Product Manager for Emergency Preparedness (EP) be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand equity across Sarnova’s Emergency Preparedness business. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, project management expertise, and an entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the future state of the business. the Associate Product Manager will lead deployment of new offerings and manage critical operational functions such as formulary management, contract administration, rebate programs, and reporting. Organizational Impact: What you do each day matters. In this role you have the opportunity to influence the organizational strategy and direction from within a rapidly growing business unit. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop, present and implement portfolio business plans for multiple product lines. Responsibilities include management of pricing, supplier relationships, go-to-market strategies, product positioning, etc. • Execute and maintain product formulary to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives • Lead and coordinate projects across cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope • Oversee contract execution, compliance, and maintenance for vendor and partner agreements • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to track performance metrics and identify opportunities • Administer rebate programs, ensuring accurate tracking and timely processing • Support pipeline planning and execution for new product and solution launches • Lead and execute strategic and ad hoc initiatives that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation across the Emergency Preparedness portfolio • Create, execute and manage marketing programs to enhance the organization’s presence and status in the market • This includes new program launches, online initiatives, advertising, sales force support materials, trade show marketing efforts, and vendor marketing programs. • Analyze market trends and implement strategies to accelerate portfolio revenue growth. • Perform market research to uncover customer needs • Work with Manufacturer Partners and internal teammates to develop cross-promotional activities • Monitor the marketplace and competition, perform market and competitive analysis, and adjust marketing plans and initiatives accordingly • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of multiple product lines • Manage the development and distribution of all collateral materials • Additional job duties as assigned Skills/Experience Required: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field • Minimum of one year of managing programs, projects or products with increasing levels of responsibility • Experience in a value-added distribution industry, business-to-business selling environment, or supply chain management • Ability to independently manage all aspects of the job role including required goals and business practices in a remote environment • Demonstrated positive energy and ability collaborative in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to effectively represent products/brands at all levels, both internally and externally • Solid communication skills, including the ability to collaborate, influence and communicate at all levels • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects at once with low error rates and a strong history of execution • Create, execute and manage marketing programs to enhance the organization’s presence and status in the market. This includes online initiatives, advertising, sales force support materials, trade show marketing efforts, and vendor marketing programs • Exceptional project management and organization skills with attention to details • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and advanced Excel analytics; experience with Power BI preferred • Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Sarnova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
