As a strategic leader in the Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO), you will oversee a team of project managers and delivery professionals, ensuring that projects are executed with precision—on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations. You’ll be instrumental in evolving our project governance framework, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable business impact. What Our Associate Vice President, Project Management Will Do • Lead and mentor project managers and department leaders across multiple complex initiatives • Define and communicate Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO) goals, strategy, KPIs, and financial performance • Drive strategic direction and implementation for the Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO) • Oversee planning, execution, reporting, and resource management for concurrent projects • Guide performance management, talent development, and workforce planning • Foster a culture aligned with company strategy, values, and guiding principles • Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external partners • Lead business process improvements and change management initiatives • Provide strategic input to executive leadership and support execution Who We’re Looking For • The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry • Experience with insurance software products services, capabilities, and customers • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role while managing multiple team members • 15+ years of experience in customer-facing roles • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities • Ability to oversee and support multiple projects and people in a fast-paced environment • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation • A team player with an upbeat and positive attitude. • Strong project management focus • Strong organizational and communication/presentation skills. • Highly skilled at coaching and growing teams • Proven track record of execution and delivery • Travel: 10%-40% What’s In It For U Work Where You Thrive Find the work environment that supports your best—whether that’s remote, in-office, or hybrid—depending on your role and location. Along with the benefits listed above, the salary range for this role is $140,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience. Languages for Québec candidates: The knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec. The English language is required for this position in order to communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues, who are strictly located outside of Québec. French-language training will be offered to candidates who do not have a good knowledge of French.
