Attorney Needed to Review ESA & Service Dog Content for Legal Compliance
We are looking for a qualified U.S.-licensed attorney to review written content comparing Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter services and Service Dog–related offerings to ensure it is legally accurate, compliant, and low-risk from a regulatory and liability standpoint. The content includes brand reviews of third-party ESA letter services, and the goal is to ensure our language is compliant with applicable laws and regulations, including (but not limited to) the Fair Housing Act (FHA), Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) (as applicable), and general consumer protection standards.
