They are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Retail Sales segment by coordinating customer orders from contract through delivery and installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication with various teams. Responsibilities Coordinate order entry, purchasing, scheduling, releasing, delivery, and installation Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers Track key dates and manage order details from start to finish Schedule value‑add services, pre‑finish work, deliveries, and installations Manage shortages, damaged product recovery, service appointments, and parts ordering Collect customer payments and process factory credits as needed Support inventory activities and continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate installation permits and Lead Safe Install documentation Schedule installation and recovery appointments Approve and process payments for subcontracted installers Skills High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Technical Degree preferred Strong customer service, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal systems 0–2 years of customer service or general business experience preferred Benefits Healthcare Dental Vision Paid vacation A generous 401(k) plan Tuition assistance And much more Company Overview Since 1987, Pella Windows & Doors, Inc.
