We take pride in our state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge technology, and a team of dedicated professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional service. **Job Summary** As an Aviation Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to arenaflex, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer has a pleasant experience, anticipating their needs, and proactively offering services to exceed their expectations. You will act as the face of arenaflex, representing our organization with professionalism, courtesy, and a commitment to excellence. **Schedule** This is a part-time position, working Thursday through Monday, 1pm-9pm. We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs while ensuring that our customers receive the exceptional service they deserve. **Key Responsibilities** As an Aviation Customer Service Ambassador, your duties will include: * Answering telephones, taking and relaying messages to appropriate personnel in a timely manner * Documenting service requests by completing an aircraft arrival form * Coordinating customer lodging accommodation requirements * Ensuring rental cars are ordered, on-site, and clean prior to customer arrival * Greeting arriving/departing customers * Facilitating customer and vendor catering requests * Communicating service requests to personnel in Line Service, Maintenance, and Avionics via telephone and two-way radio * Informing customers of other services provided by arenaflex **Qualifications & Job Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a customer service role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Valid Driver's license * Ability to obtain an Airport Issued security badge * Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check **Work Environment & Physical Requirements** As an Aviation Customer Service Ambassador, you will work in an office environment with moderate noise levels.
