This is a testament to our commitment to growth and development, and we believe that the sky is the limit for our employees. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments. * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * Providing feedback on call issues. * Upselling when required. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results in all that they do. Some of the qualifications we're looking for include: * Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment. * 6 months of customer service experience (preferred). * Over 18 years of age. * Ability to type 25 words per minute. * High school graduate or GED. * Comfort with desktop computer systems. * Proven oral and written communication skills. * Logical problem-solving skills. * Ability to navigate Windows operating systems. * Organization and work prioritization skills. **Work from Home Requirements** To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require the following: * Internet Connection Requirements: * Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps. * Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps. * ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms. * Proof of internet speed required. * Clean and quiet workspace. **Be Part of Our arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an environment where our employees feel valued, inspired, and supported.
