Solutions Systems is scaling a B2B technology platform designed for treatment centers, rehabilitation facilities, and clinical organizations. Our flagship product, the H.E.L.P. Clinical Dashboard, is a subscription-based system sold directly to institutions that already have budgets, buying authority, and an urgent operational need. This is not retail sales. This is institutional B2B selling. If you can close hospitals, treatment centers, clinics, or multi-location operators, this role has significant earning potential. Who This Role Is For • This role is for sales professionals who: • Thrive in commission-only environments • Prefer uncapped income over base salary • Are comfortable selling high-value B2B solutions • Can speak confidently with executives, administrators, and directors • Want to build long-term residual income from renewals If you need a base salary, this is not the role for you. What You’ll Be Selling • A B2B clinical and recovery operations dashboard • Sold to: - Treatment centers - Rehabilitation facilities - Behavioral health organizations - Multi-site clinical programs • Subscription-based pricing with recurring revenue You are selling outcomes, visibility, and institutional control—not a commodity. Compensation Structure • 100% commission • Uncapped earnings • Commission paid on: New facility sign-ups Ongoing renewals (residuals) Top performers will have the opportunity to: - Lead territories - Transition into senior sales or revenue leadership roles Responsibilities • Prospect and engage B2B healthcare organizations • Conduct discovery calls with decision-makers • Present the H.E.L.P.
