BDC / CONTENT CREATOR

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and professional BDC / Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing inbound and outbound communications, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a strong understanding of sales processes, including B2B sales, high-end sales, and retail sales. Multilingual abilities and experience with CRM software are highly desirable to enhance client interactions and streamline operations. This position offers an engaging environment for individuals passionate about customer service and sales support. Responsibilities • Greet visitors and manage all incoming calls with professional phone etiquette • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team to optimize the sales pipeline • Assist with customer inquiries, providing information about products and services • Support outbound sales efforts through cold calling and follow-up communications • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software • Assist in inventory management and inventory control processes as needed • Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and sales opportunities • Collaborate with the sales team on B2B negotiations, deal closures, and high-end sales strategies • Manage dealership or retail environment activities, including inventory management and retail math calculations • Support marketing initiatives by promoting products or services through various channels • Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure smooth office operations Skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and records • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems • Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, high-end sales, or retail sales environments • Skilled in negotiation, upselling, and closing deals effectively • Ability to handle public speaking engagements confidently when representing the company • Strong outbound calling skills with experience in cold calling strategies • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly • Knowledge of automotive or dealership operations is advantageous but not required • Basic math skills for retail math calculations and inventory control tasks • Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple priorities efficiently This role is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals seeking to develop their sales support expertise while delivering outstanding customer service.
