Key Responsibilities Provide proactive, empathetic, and urgent support to delivery drivers and merchants to drive exceptional quality and resolve issues. Identify potential failures and implement mitigation tactics to ensure seamless delivery experiences. Spearhead and execute workflows that meet exceptional Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and drive process improvements. Analyze trends and communicate findings to broader teams to inform process enhancements. Develop deep expertise in Workwarp's product, processes, systems, and tools to become a subject matter expert. Collaborate with the team to maintain a 0% error rate in deliveries and drive world-class customer service. Essential Qualifications Fluency in Spanish (required). 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role. Comfort with Google Sheets and other productivity tools. High School Diploma minimum; degree a plus. Availability to work 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Sunday (EST or CST). Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, and Salesforce. Experience working in a remote environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be proactive, empathetic, and able to work under pressure to resolve issues and drive exceptional customer experiences.
