Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support via phone and/or internet in the customer's preferred language (French or English) Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues related to products and/or services Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Offer additional products and/or services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude Essential Qualifications Fluency in both French and English 1+ year of customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent (GED) A quiet and distraction-free home work environment Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge Ability to multitask efficiently Desire to learn new technologies Access to a desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing High-speed internet connection (not wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology Previous experience in a similar customer service role What We Offer At Concentrix + Webhelp, we believe in championing our employees.
