Location: Wagner, SD Worker Type Regular Work Shift Day Shift (United States of America) Wagner Community Memorial Hospital and Clinic is seeking a qualified individual to join our team! Position Highlights Starting rate of pay is $26.50 per hour. The Coder Specialist will be responsible for the daily coding and billing operations for designated areas of billing and insurance coding for the Wagner Community Clinic and Behavioral Health departments within the hospital. Will work with providers and other staff to resolve coding and reimbursement issues and also help with patient concerns. Will assist in denial management and appeals. Day shift hours, Monday through Friday. Remote work is NOT available. General knowledge of medical terminology, Medicare, Medicaid, I.H.S., and third-party billing is essential. ICD-10 coding experience is a plus.
