Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Bookkeeper to support financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong command of QuickBooks, excellent organizational skills, and is comfortable working with different currencies. Key Responsibilities: Enter vendor invoices into the system and verify accuracy. Generate and issue client invoices through the system. Record incoming and outgoing payments in QuickBooks. Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Manage accounts payable and prepare payment schedules. Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and address delays. Process credit card transactions as needed. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of QuickBooks ( mandatory ). Comfortable working with different currencies ( mandatory ). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with PDF tools. Experience with Help Scout or similar platforms is a plus. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools ( mandatory ). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience: Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential (years of experience are flexible). Prior experience with financial tasks and reconciliation is preferred but not required.
