They are seeking a Business Development Representative to generate interest and create qualified meetings for their Account Executives, while building foundational sales skills. Responsibilities Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn Research target accounts and identify relevant contacts Qualify inbound leads from marketing Book meetings for Account Executives with qualified prospects Learn to clearly communicate Klir’s value proposition Maintain accurate activity and lead records in Salesforce Participate in coaching, training, and ongoing sales enablement Skills 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn Comfortable with outbound outreach and rejection Organized and able to follow defined processes Curious, motivated, and resilient Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Benefits Canadian benefits package Unlimited vacation MacBook Company Overview Klir is the operating system for water.
