They are seeking a Business Development Representative to achieve sales goals, manage pipelines, and engage with clients through various communication channels. Responsibilities Achieve daily contact goals along with monthly Qualified Sales Meetings and quality meetings that translate into estimate-stage pipeline Collaborate effectively with ‘internal end clients’ - field sales representatives Deliver key promotional messages to a sophisticated target audience, primarily through telephone contact in addition to emails Create and manage large pipelines of prospective opportunities and report on pipeline progress in review meetings with management Conduct virtual demonstrations of the DatasiteOne platform and related functionality to prospective clients Periodically travel into assigned geographic territories to conduct target account reviews, quarterly business reviews and attend client meetings to deliver the Datasite value proposition (approximately 15% of the time) Engage with Datasite’s Sales Enablement team to become trained and certified on Datasite's products Maintain accurate records of all call activity in CRM system (SalesForce) that includes call information, sales leads and customer profiles correctly and accurately in a timely manner Work closely with the wider Marketing team, Sales and Product development to develop a better understanding of our target markets’ needs, as well as key competitor strengths and weaknesses Develop a high level of market, industry and role knowledge to enable peer-to-peer conversations and understand customer needs and requirements Build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers through prompt, courteous, efficient and professional service Skills 4 - year college degree required (Sales, Marketing or Business focus preferred) A strong, natural interest in finance would be an advantage 1 - 2+ years sales experience Experience in lead generating/appointment-making, with a solution-based approach helpful Client service or telephone sales experience with solution selling methodology - technology solution sales experience will be highly regarded Demonstrated experience of meeting and exceeding targets Previous experience in a technology SaaS company would be a great advantage Ideal background in the financial services/legal sectors Benefits Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) A retirement savings plan Paid time off Other employee benefits Company Overview Datasite is a leading SaaS platform used by enterprises globally to execute complex, strategic projects.
