Job Title: Change Management Consultant - AI Trainer Job Type: Part-time, Paid per task Location: Remote Job Summary Join our customer's team as an Change Management Consultant - AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-powered business transformation. In this remote, full-time position, you’ll leverage your deep expertise to enhance AI models and develop rigorous assessment rubrics, helping infuse best-in-class organizational development and change management practices into next-generation artificial intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and refine AI training datasets, integrating principles of organizational development and change management to ensure model accuracy and relevance. • Develop, review, and implement rubrics for evaluating AI-generated outputs related to change management strategies and organizational assessments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex OD and change management concepts into actionable AI training guidelines. • Lead virtual facilitation sessions and workshops to share insights and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the AI training process. • Continuously assess and enhance learning and development strategies to optimize knowledge transfer within AI models. • Capture and synthesize expert feedback to drive iterative improvement of AI training materials and outputs. • Advocate for high standards in written and verbal communication to support effective model training and stakeholder understanding. Required Skills and Qualifications • Proven experience in organizational development and change management, with a strong record of implementing successful transformation initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to create and execute change management strategies at organizational scale. • Expertise in conducting organizational assessments and designing scalable structures and processes. • Exceptional facilitation capabilities, with a talent for engaging stakeholders and driving consensus remotely. • Strategic mindset in learning and development, with hands-on experience designing and implementing L&D programs. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity, context, and stakeholder needs. • Comfort working with AI and technology-driven solutions, or a strong willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications • Experience collaborating with data science or AI teams, ideally in training or consulting capacities. • Background in developing competency or assessment frameworks for digital tools or transformation projects. • Relevant certifications in change management, organizational development, or L&D (e.g., Prosci, SHRM, ATD).
