Channel Sales Manager (Industrial) – United States (Remote) • USD $140,000 - $175,000 • 21% Bonus (63% stretch) + $11,340 Car Allowance + 401K + Medical + Dental • Blue – chip global manufacturing company • Bespoke engineering solutions This business has been operating in the United States market for 30+ years and globally for a good deal longer. As the Industrial Channel Sales Manager, you will be leading and managing the indirect sales teams of 25+ channel partners. This role is ultimately responsible for growing sales through channel partners across the USA. Regional Territory Managers report to the Sales Manager. What You Will Do: • Develop sales strategies that spearhead growth and cement channel partnerships. • Drive initiatives to penetrate new regions and sectors. • Ensure sales target are met and accurate forecasts provided. • Develop sales team through skill development and training. • Track/report on KPIs such as sales performance, pipeline development and partner engagement. • Be restless for continued professional and technical development. What You Will Have: • Ideally a knowledge of fluid handling technology (pumps and associated equipment). • Progressive experience in sales, with a focus on leadership and driving revenue growth. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels with channel partners and internal colleagues. • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes.
