Client Growth Strategist - Base + Commission - Remote Relentless Digital LLC 4.9 4.9 out of 5 stars Queen Creek, AZ 85142 Remote $35,000 - $250,000 a year - Full-time Full job description Remote | Full-Time | High-Performance Sales Role • Base Salary: $35,000 - $55,000 • 40% Commission of 1st month's closed MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) • OTE: $150,000 – $250,000+ (Our Growth Strategist made over $200,000 in their first full year) What You Will Do • Consult with inbound and outbound prospects and identify growth opportunities • Lead discovery calls that uncover real business pain and revenue gaps • Present Relentless Digital solutions with confidence and clarity • Close new business and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting inside our CRM • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and offers • Build long-term client relationships that lead to retention and expansion • Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and industry conversations This Role Is a Great Fit If You: • Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, agency or services preferred • Are comfortable selling $3k–$10k+ monthly retainers • Understand consultative selling, not pitch-and-pray • Can run a tight sales process and manage a pipeline without babysitting • Have experience using CRMs like HubSpot, HighLevel, or similar • Are competitive, coachable, and obsessed with getting better • Take full ownership of your numbers and outcomes The Opportunity This is not a “check the box” sales job.
