Position Title: Client Services & Operations Coordinator (Remote / Hybrid Travel) Company: Vellaro Black – Luxury Chauffeured Transportation & Concierge Services Exclusivity in Motion Position Overview: Vellaro Black is seeking an experienced, highly professional Client Services & Operations Coordinator to support client bookings, daily operations, and high-level communications. This role is primarily remote but requires occasional travel to industry exhibitions and events, including locations such as Las Vegas. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication & Booking Management • Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally • Communicate via phone, email, text, and Instagram • Collect booking details: dates, times, flights, locations, passengers, special requests • Explain services, vehicles, and pricing clearly • Send confirmations, updates, and follow-ups Reservations & System Management • Manage bookings in Limo Anywhere • Update reservations for changes or delays • Maintain accurate client and trip records Driver & Operations Coordination • Dispatch detailed trip instructions to drivers • Coordinate updates for traffic or flight delays • Act as liaison between clients, drivers, and management Vehicle Support, Scheduling & Supplies • Order bottled water, amenities, and vehicle supplies • Schedule vehicles for service, maintenance, and inspections • Coordinate vehicle detailing (internal or vendor) Marketing, Networking & Event Support • Assist with Instagram, email, and text communications • Support client relationship building and repeat bookings • Attend select exhibitions and networking events as required Required Qualifications • Prior experience in luxury transportation, dispatch, reservations, concierge, hospitality, aviation, or travel services is required • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Familiarity with the Orlando market • Ability to work independently from home Languages • English – Required • Spanish or French – A strong plusCompensation • Base Pay: $18–$23 per hour • Commission: 3%–7% on confirmed and completed bookings • Performance-based bonuses available Why Join Vellaro Black • Work with a premium luxury brand • Exposure to high-end clientele and industry events Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: • Paid time off • Work from home Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
