Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Client Support Officer at ABM Industries, you will need: Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role, preferably in a remote setting. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software, as well as strong data analysis skills. Personality Traits: Resourceful, energetic, and able to think critically and creatively to overcome challenges.
