This role is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions that enable AI-driven and digital transformation in a federal agency. This role also requires deep expertise in cloud architecture, enterprise systems design, and modern development practices, with a focus on enabling innovation and operational efficiency. Role Responsibilities Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with business and digital transformation goals.Translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable architectures.Cloud & Platform Engineering:Architect cloud-native solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Define infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines to support agile delivery.Lead hands-on design and development of enterprise-grade systems and platforms.Ensure systems are resilient, secure, and optimized for performance and cost.Implement microservices-based architectures and containerization strategies.Promote DevOps practices including automation, monitoring, and continuous integration.Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Required Qualifications Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3 year of-experience planning, designing, migrating, building, and/or integrating cloud- based RPA/AI project implementations in the commercial or government sectorCertifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert).Proven experience in solution and cloud architecture, including multi-tier and distributed systems.Hands-on expertise in designing enterprise-grade systems with high availability and scalability.Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and DevOps practices (CI/CD, container orchestration, etc.Familiarity with healthcare application ecosystems, including interoperability and compliance standards.Understanding of AI/ML model infrastructure, including deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.Technically curious and passionate about innovation.Strong communicator and collaborator across technical and business teams.Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
