Communications Specialist Lead

Apply today and take the first step to Destination: Progress. As a lead communications specialist, you'll serve as the primary communications partner for the HR Solutions team. You'll drive impactful messaging that aligns with organizational priorities and corporate initiatives. In this role, you'll be an expert in communications while developing and implementing comprehensive plans that engage targeted audiences and reinforce key business objectives. Additionally, you'll provide organizational change support to help employees understand and adopt new organizational processes, assist with crisis communications to deliver timely and accurate messaging during urgent situations, and manage collaborator relationships by partnering with business partners and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity. This is a hybrid‑remote position with occasional travel to the Corporate Headquarters in Mayfield Heights, OH, roughly two to four times per month.
