They are seeking a Consultant for their Risk Advisory Services team to work on various engagements including internal audit, risk management, and business process enhancement. Responsibilities Work on a variety of engagements including Internal Audit, Third Party Assurance CSAE 3416/ SSAE 18 (SOC1, SOC2, SOC3), enterprise risk management, internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) design and assessment (including SOX 404 and NI 52-109), program evaluation, independent project review, business process enhancement/re-design, and IT general and application controls assessments Collaborate with engagement teams to plan timelines, risk assessments, and other documents Build positive working relationships with clients and identify improvements for future assignments, while ensuring a high quality in client service by directing daily progress of fieldwork and informing managers of engagement status Demonstrate and apply strong project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services Review, document, evaluate, and test business processes and internal controls in a wide range of environments and industries Maintain a proactive and logical approach to information gathering and present complex ideas into clear communications Ensure high quality client service through daily progress of fieldwork to managers and staff Skills You have completed an accounting focused post-secondary program or degree, or a related program with a focus on technology You are pursuing your professional designation (CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.) You have 0-1 years of professional experience in a risk advisory or internal audit setting You have a strong acumen for information technology and can assess information from an audit perspective You can diagnose project issues, build solutions, and draft impactful communications for clients You display strong problem solving, leadership, and communication skills Benefits We provide pre-approved programs across our 100+ offices, mentorship and support, reimbursement of exam fees, enrollment in Canada’s leading CFE prep course, and flexible options for study leave in order for you to be successful.
