Contract Operations Specialist, Semi

What to Expect Tesla is seeking a Contract Operations Specialist to manage contract administration, generation, and backend operations for the sale of Semi vehicles and chargers. This role focuses on ensuring all contract terms and metadata for Semi commercial contracts are accurately captured and systematized. Collaboration with Tesla's Semi Business Development, Energy, and in-house Legal teams will be essential to populate customer details, facilitate internal approvals, share final contract versions with external customers, and oversee the signing and execution process. Additionally, accounting for external funding sources, such as government rebate programs, may be required. This position plays a key role in defining and optimizing the contracting process for speed and efficiency, demanding a high level of organization, experience in contract administration, and familiarity with CRM tools. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
