Copywriter- Ad Tech Required (Full Time, Part Time, or Freelance)
About the position We are looking for a talented copywriter to join our in-house Marketing team. In this role, you will leverage your creative writing skills and ad tech knowledge to craft engaging, on-brand copy for sales proposals, marketing decks, landing pages, and social media. You will ensure that all marketing assets meet the highest quality assurance standards, and you will collaborate cross functionally with internal contributors to unify Freestar's messaging and brand materials. Responsibilities • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Executives to unify Freestar's marketing materials and messaging. • Take extreme ownership of quality assurance to ensure our brand assets are consistent- no spelling errors or wonky slide formatting on your watch. • Develop a deep understanding of the ad tech landscape and write with insight, showcasing your knowledge of our offerings. • Stay up to date on Freestar's products and services to inform clear and accurate copy. • Manage multiple short-term and long-term deliverables/timelines effectively. • Deliver materials on time and in alignment with strict brand standards of excellence. Requirements • Strong understanding of the programmatic landscape is required for this role. • Demonstrable experience crafting Sales Proposals, Decks, Website and Social copy. • Proficiency in Google Suite is required. • High attention to detail. • Clear and efficient communication skills. • Mastery of English spelling and grammar rules. • Able to manage time effectively, working both independently and collaboratively. • Positive, 'We Not Me' attitude. Nice-to-haves • Familiarity with our extensive tech stack (Slack, JIRA, Salesforce, Canva, Figma, etc.) is a plus. • Agency, in-house and freelance experience welcome.
