Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their learning and growth. Stay informed about current research and developments in the subject area to enhance the quality of instruction. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions with students, faculty, and staff. Adhere to all university policies and procedures related to course development and instruction. Attend faculty meetings and training sessions to stay updated on university policies and procedures. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to improve teaching skills and knowledge. Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff to foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.
