CRM & Funnel Operations Manager (Elite360 / GoHighLevel Expert)

We are a fast-growing transformation, education, events & physical product company called upperaeon.com operating on Elite360 (white-label GoHighLevel) and we are looking for a highly experienced CRM & Funnel Operations Manager to become our long-term technical partner. This role is essentially the dedicated Elite360 support that the platform itself doesn’t provide. You will work directly with the founder and leadership team and be responsible for keeping our CRM, email system, automations, and funnels clean, optimized, and performing at the highest level. This is an ongoing role — not a one-off project. What You’ll Be Responsible For 1. CRM Support & Architecture - Act as our primary technical support for Elite360 - Help us untangle and rebuild parts of our CRM that were inherited from an old business Clean up: - Tags - Contacts - Lists - Pipelines - Workflows - Create a clean, scalable structure moving forward 2. Email System Optimization & Deliverability We currently have ~40,000 contacts, but: - Open rates are low -Many emails land in spam You will: - Audit & fix email deliverability issues - Improve domain reputation, warm-up, and sending practices Rebuild email flows for: - Onboarding - Nurture - Sales sequences - Event & launch campaigns - Dramatically improve open rates, click rates, and conversions 3. Funnel Optimization & Conversion Support We have an active revenue funnel called The System Upgrade Funnel and we are actively running ads to it. www.thesystemupgrade.com You will: - Analyze & optimize this funnel for higher conversion - Support new funnel builds and updates I- mprove tracking, automation, and follow-up logic 4. Ongoing Technical Partner This is not just implementation work — you will be: - Our go-to person for CRM & funnel questions - Proactively identifying issues & opportunities - Supporting launches, campaigns, and system scaling What We’re Looking For You are: - Advanced user of GoHighLevel / Elite360, but specifically have familiarity with elite360 - Extremely organized & systems-oriented - Fluent in CRM logic, email deliverability, automation, and funnel strategy - Comfortable cleaning messy systems and rebuilding them into high-performance machines - A long-term thinker who wants to grow with a company Bonus Skills (Not Required but Powerful) - Copy optimization for email & funnels - Ad tracking & attribution setup - SMS & WhatsApp automation - Experience supporting online education, communities, or events What You Get - Long-term, stable collaboration - Direct access to founder & leadership - Massive opportunity to scale with a fast-growing brand Thank you for your consideration Apply tot his job
