Curriculum Architect / Learning Experience Designer Needed
Dvelop Academy is launching a groundbreaking training program designed to help adults build high-earning careers in franchise development. We’re searching for a talented Learning & Curriculum Development Manager who can take our concepts, expertise, and frameworks—and turn them into a structured, engaging, and professional adult-learning program. This person will not teach the content; instead, they will help build the content. You will transform our ideas, lessons, frameworks, workshops, scripts, and live sessions into a cohesive, step-by-step training experience with quizzes, handouts, assessments, and downloadable tools that move learners from beginner to industry-ready. What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities) 1. Build the Training Program Structure • Translate founder concepts and discussions into a clear, sequential learning path • Develop module outlines, learning objectives, and learning outcomes • Create a flow that moves students from “zero knowledge” to “career-ready” 2. Create All Training Materials • Write student-facing instructional content • Build quizzes, assessments, knowledge checks, and worksheets • Create facilitator guides and learner guides • Develop downloadable resources (PDFs, templates, frameworks) 3. Work With Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) • Interview Danielle and Chris for content extraction • Convert real-world franchising experience into digestible learning • Attend content calls to capture key insights and convert them into curriculum 4. Ensure High Standards of Adult Learning • Use instructional design best practices • Maintain engagement: short videos, practical exercises, case studies • Build materials accessible for all learning styles (visual, auditory, experiential) 5. Collaborate With Our LMS Developer • Align content with the technical build • Prepare materials in formats suitable for the LMS • Organize modules, assets, and resources for upload 6. Manage the Project • Keep curriculum development on schedule • Build and maintain a content tracker • Ensure deliverables meet brand quality standards • Work with both founders for approvals and revisions What You Bring (Ideal Candidate Profile) • 3+ years experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or adult learning • Ability to organize complex ideas into a clean, simple learning progression • Comfortable building training materials from SME knowledge • Strong writing skills and attention to detail • Experience with workshop creation, e-learning, or corporate training programs What Success Looks Like • A complete, professional, “plug-and-play” training program ready for students • Clear modules with video scripts, worksheets, quizzes, and exercises • A seamless learning journey that reflects the Dvelop Academy brand • Founders feel confident the program matches the quality of their expertise • Students finish the course prepared to start a career in franchise development Apply tot his job
