We believe that our employees are the backbone of our success, and we are committed to providing them with the training, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Experience Ambassador at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services * Resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience * Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience * Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service * Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items * Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash and distributing change as requested * Processing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed * Keeping counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, taking inventory, and maintaining records * Checking in and pricing merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader * Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss * Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) * Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise * Completing resets and revisions as directed * Assisting with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures * Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products * Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance * Complying with all company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers * Completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous customer service experience preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment * Knowledge of store systems and store equipment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and procedures **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent customer service skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and procedures **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As a Customer Experience Ambassador at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to: * Develop your customer service skills and knowledge * Learn about new products and services and how to effectively communicate them to customers * Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Work with a dynamic and innovative team to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Take on new challenges and responsibilities as you grow and develop in your role **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is committed to creating a culture of care, compassion, and excellence.
