As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to US-based customers, addressing their prescription benefits questions and concerns, and making a positive impact on their lives. If you have a passion for learning, a desire to understand concerns, and a commitment to providing solutions, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Ambassador - Healthcare Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls from US customers and addressing questions and concerns regarding their prescription healthcare benefits * Providing information about their insurance coverage, what is included in the customer's benefit plan, addressing copays, and assisting with coverage determination * Handling prescription refills, order status updates, and tracking * Educating customers on online self-service for updates and help troubleshooting these self-services * Empathizing and resolving concerns to simplify the customer's healthcare experience * Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy * Adapting to learn new call types when business needs change and flexing support in those areas * Collaborating with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and experience **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you must have: * Fluency in both Spanish and English * 6+ months of customer service experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette * Customer-focused personality * Full-time schedule availability to meet business needs (may include weekends) * Willingness to submit a drug test and background check * Reliable high-speed internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed * Dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions * A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of healthcare insurance, requirements for dispensing prescriptions, educating customers, and conducting routine assessments * Experience working in a healthcare or insurance-related field * Certification in customer service or a related field **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee of blithequark, you will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a range of benefits, including: * $15 per hour * Benefits eligibility after 60 days * Access to up to 50% of your pay immediately after your shift * Health insurance (medical, dental, vision), and other benefits * Pet insurance * Paid, virtual training * Remote work environment * Opportunity for professional development * Employees with six months of service in their current position are eligible to apply for a new position for which they are qualified based on requisite skills, education, experience, and current job performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
