Our hybrid work environment offers the perfect blend of flexibility and face-to-face interaction, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and collaborate with colleagues in our office. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for: * Collaborating with team members to support assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Coordinating with various departments to resolve high-level operational issues in a timely and efficient manner * Providing backup support across all functions within the customer team to ensure continuity and minimize disruptions * Sharing best practices and learning opportunities with peers across all Customer Experience teams to drive continuous improvement * Receiving customer calls and emails using a pleasant and helpful strategy, identifying customer needs, and entering orders into the ERP system timely and accurately * Ensuring all customer needs are met by engaging with the customer, identifying problems, and resolving them in a timely manner, either directly or through other departments * Managing and executing other methods of communication and requests for delivery, such as inventory managed orders, third-party portals, customer websites, and carrier-managed services, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of service * Confirming receipt and acceptance of every load by the carrier, and escalating to other departments as needed to ensure delivery meets the customer's expectations * Completing load and delivery confirmations daily, with no exceptions **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook * Basic Excel proficiency required **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial: * Customer Service experience, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Dispatching experience, with a focus on logistics and transportation * Team environment experience, with a proven track record of collaboration and teamwork **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * A competitive salary and benefits package * A $1,500 IC Bonus for meeting performance targets * Hybrid work environment available once training is complete, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote per week * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning **What We Offer** At blithequark, we are committed to providing a work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
