Customer Growth Coordinator

FanDuel is a premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada, seeking a Customer Growth Coordinator to join their Casino Growth Marketing team. The role involves supporting customer-facing campaigns that drive acquisition and retention while gaining hands-on experience across the full customer marketing lifecycle. Responsibilities Support the end-to-end execution of Casino promotions, including setup, testing, QA, publishing, fulfillment, customer communications, and in-app merchandising Assist with CRM campaign execution across the team, helping coordinate messaging, offers, and customer journeys across multiple touchpoints Help track and organize promotional performance data, supporting reporting and insights that inform future campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Commercial, Product, Analytics, and Customer Service to help deliver campaigns and improve the customer experience Contribute to improving internal processes and ways of working to help the team deliver promotions efficiently and at scale Act as a strong team player who is eager to learn the customer journey and share observations, feedback, and ideas with the broader team Skills 6-12 months of work or internship experience in a marketing environment A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with different teams and stakeholders Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once Comfortable working with numbers and data, with an interest in learning how performance and KPIs are tracked A quick learner who is curious, proactive, and excited to build new skills in growth marketing and CRM A positive, team-first mindset - someone who's excited to join a growing team and contribute wherever needed Creative thinker and problem solver who enjoys improving processes and finding better ways to work Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends around sporting calendars Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred Benefits Extended medical, vision, and dental coverage Life insurance Disability insurance A retirement program with employer contributions Short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation 12 holidays Two (2) floating holidays Paid sick time in accordance with applicable Canadian law Company Overview FanDuel is a gaming company that offers sportsbook, daily fantasy sports, horse racing, and online casino games.
